Fitness Training Programs

L.I.F.E.- A 10-week Strength Training and Cardio-Conditioning Program.

This innovative program takes personal training to a group level with more than just a fitness kickboxing or martial arts program. Incorporating nutrition, strength training and cardio conditioning, L.I.F.E. is a complete fitness program that will strengthen, tone and define every muscle in your body. L.I.F.E. combines the excitement and challenge of a contest with a fun team atmosphere that will empower you to achieve your fitness goals. Fitness evaluations will be taken at the beginning, middle and end of the program so you can see the dramatic difference in your mind and body. The L.I.F.E. program is designed for all levels of fitness. While training during the L.I.F.E. program, you are eligible for unlimited kickboxing and strength training programs at Somerville Martial Arts Academy.

Monday -       9:30 a.m to 10:15    and       8:00 p.m. to 9:00
Wednesday - 9:30 a.m. to 10:15    and      8:00 p.m. to 9:00
Friday -          9:30 a.m. to 10:15    and      8:00 p.m. to 9:00
Saturday -     8:15 a.m. to 9:00
